A dynamic and result oriented Civil Officer, with over 27 years of experience in Civil Bureaucracy and Military. Captain Usman’s core competencies lie in the fields of Strategic Management, Administrative Leadership, Stakeholder-engagement, Conflict-resolution, Change Management, and Government Relationships. His exposure due to job-rotation and job-enrichment in the Civil Services has equipped him with valuable capacity to deal with scenarios involving multiple stakeholders and dimensions. Captain Usman’s portfolio is made up of successful achievements in each position, testifying his ability to achieve targets over-and-above expectations.

Captain Usman holds a Double Mathematics and Physics (BSc.) from Pak Military Aid. He is proficient in Urdu, Punjabi, English, Sindhi and Saraeki as well as being proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Social-media operation. Captain Usman has attended a Mid-Career Management course for 4 months and a Senior Management course for 4 and a half months. He has also participated in the 27th Common Training Program (CTP) for 1 year, and the 22nd Specialized Program for 1 year.

Muhammad Usman has worked in diverse and crucial scenarios, allowing him to develop commendable abilities to perform under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and acclimatize well with new working environments. A dynamic, industrious engineering and management professional with 17+ years of national and international experience in Operations Management, Project Management, and Planning & Control within the engineering sector, particularly in the water, and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Umer Malik spent 10 years working in the Middle East and 1 year working in Japan. He also holds an MBA and has successfully completed his bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institution of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK). He has worked with and held executive management positions at some of the leading multinational engineering, consulting and contracting companies from Pakistan, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, USA, and China.

Mr. Zahid I. Qureshi is a charismatic executive with over 30 years of experience in Audit and Finance. He has worked with and gained experience from various Multinational and International organizations.

Mr. Zahid I. Qureshi holds an MBA degree in Management from University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance as Bachelor of Science and Business Administration (BSBA) from Youngstown State University. He also holds multiple certifications, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certificate, the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certificate, and the Chartered Life Unerwriter (CLU) certificate.

Mr. Shabbir Shehzad

Mr. Shabir is a motivated and ambitious Senior Executive with 24+ years of industry work experience, demonstrating core expertise in General Services, Facilities Management, Team Building, and Security. He has ample work exposure and experience with multinationals and large scale Defense organizations. Mr. Shabir Shehzad’s portfolio testifies his ability to achieve targets over and above expectations.

Mr. Shabir holds an MBA degree in IT and Management from the International Islamic University and an Executive MBA in Marketing from Preston University. He then continued on to successfully completing his Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in International Hospitality Management from the International Management Institute, Switzerland.

Mr. Sher Afgan Malik

Mr. Sher Afgan Malik is a seasoned finance professional with more than 35 years’ overall experience in the fields of Finance & Accounts, internal controls, Internal Audit & risk mitigation, business process re-engineering, General Admin, training & capacity development with reputable organizations in industry, trading, defence & newspaper publication. During the past twenty years he has held senior executive positions in the financial Management of a renowned cancer hospital and in various departments of Central Bank of Pakistan, where he was part of the change management and automation team of the Central Bank.
Mr. Malik is a Fellow Cost & Management Accountant, Fellow Public Finance Accountant, Fellow Chartered Secretary, Certified Internal Auditor (USA) and JAIBP from Institute of Bankers of Pakistan.
